This license enables us to broadcast, distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material sent to us by text message in any medium or format. This license allows for commercial use and goes into effect when you send us the text message with a media attachment from your phone.

Reels are stored in catalogs by Telephone Number. The owners of the telephone numbers certify that they own the reels. Texting a reel grants unlimited usage rights to the network:

Catalogs are organized by the telephone number. The network can render QR codes and URL links to the individual media program items in the Catalog. Scanning a QR code will display that item on a phone.

All reels are uploaded to the network via an incoming SMS text message as Media Attachments. Media attachments are organized by phone numbers. The telephone numbers of all users shall be kept private. When someone sends us a text message. They are giving us permission to use that message and any attachments on the Internet, in print and on the air. Users agree to these terms when they send a text message to 386-210-3500 with an attached [short video] reel:

  1. Open the Message App.
  2. Dial 386-210-3500.
  3. Attach your reel.
  4. Send that message.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is always protected on the network. The telephone numbers that own reels are private and will remain unlisted. We do not collect any personal information about those telephone numbers. When you send us a video, you are giving us permission to broadcast that video to the public. All videos are submitted to us via text message alerts only.
